Terms and Condition

☆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission
☆My work is a digital good. You will never receive a physical shipment.
My work is for personal use only, commercial purposes can be inquired about and price TBD.
☆As the artist I maintain all rights to my commissions, this includes using artwork for personal marketing, prints and portfolio unless prior discussed with the client.
☆ My art under no circumstances, commissioned or otherwise may be used in the creation or development of NFT’s
☆ My art under no circumstances, commissioned or otherwise may be used in the training of any AI or in any relation to AI systems
☆None including the commissioner are allowed to trace, copy, steal or edit out any watermark or credits in the artwork I provide them, I must be credited anywhere applicable when the art is used. The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use such as prints or a t-shirt. It may not be done for monetary gain.
☆ I will only sell commissions to accounts a year or older.
☆My designs can not be used commercially unless express permission is given, this is a case by case basis per design.

Dos and Don’ts

☆ I Will Not Do
-Mechs or technical pieces, you are welcome to ask as there may be exceptions
-Furry/Anthro characters
-Non-humanoid characters (This may vary, feel free to ask)
-NSFW art☆ Will Do
-Most other characters, comfortable with male or female designs equally
-Fanart or original characters
-OCxOC, OCxCanon, any gender pairing
-Artistic nudity
-Feel free to ask! Pretty flexible!

Other Terms

☆ Revisions policy
-After the sketch is approved the commissioner is still afforded 2 major revisions, any beyond that will incur a fee of $25 per revision.☆ Refund Policy
-I will give a refund on a commission if I have not started it, if I have started it the commission the customer will receive a refund equal to the amount of work left.
- I will offer a refund if I am unable to complete a commission☆ Wait Time
-Depending on the piece, wait time can be between 2 weeks to 2 months for full completion depending on complexity of the piece.
-I work on a first come first serve basis, though for rush orders, to be moves to the front of the line it will be a fee of %70 the price of the original commission price.☆ Other Information
-I require at least half up front before I begin work
-I only accept payment through Paypal invoices in USD
-You must be 18+ or older to order form me.
-I reserve the right to post completed works to my social medias for marketing.
